AMAZON FBA · DESKTOP WORKSPACE

Follow the ASIN. See the whole operation.

A dedicated Amazon workspace inside Secured OS, separate from the reselling workflow. Stock, inbound shipments and financial evidence stay connected to the product they belong to.

ASIN-led product records

Organise Amazon products by ASIN while keeping seller SKUs, marketplace identity and stock lots distinct. Product identity remains connected to the evidence behind each record.

Stock and order visibility

Bring authorised inventory and order information into the desktop workspace. Separate available, reserved and inbound stock so a shipment or order is not mistaken for sellable inventory.

Fees and financial evidence

Review Amazon fees, settlement records, refunds and stock costs alongside sales. Keep estimates separate from actual financial evidence and reconcile outcomes back to the underlying records.

Inbound shipment workflow

Prepare and review inbound quantities, packing information, fulfilment options and shipment evidence. Actions that change seller operations require an explicit review and confirmation.

Listing and pricing decisions

Use catalogue identity, fees and pricing evidence to assess an offer. Review supported listing actions before submission; provider acceptance is not treated as proof that a listing is live.

Account and marketplace boundaries

Select the seller account and marketplaces you operate. Account verification and permissions must succeed before imports or seller actions are enabled.

Your Amazon account, your authorisation

The public integration uses Amazon’s Selling Partner API. Sellers authorise access on Amazon; Secured OS does not ask for their Amazon password. The selected seller and marketplaces are verified before the desktop enables an account.

Public Amazon account connections require Amazon’s approval of our application and the appropriate API roles. Customer Amazon enrolment is not currently offered. Contact us to discuss the workflow and access; there is no purchase or Amazon sign-in on this website.

Local records, a separate authorisation service

Imported order, stock and financial records are processed in the desktop workspace. The planned public connection service holds encrypted authorisation tokens and seller/marketplace identifiers so authorised devices can obtain short-lived access. This is a server trust boundary, not a claim that no sensitive information ever reaches a server.

Disconnecting locally stops further use through that connection. Sellers can also remove the application’s authorisation in Amazon Seller Central. Existing local records and backups are managed separately. See the privacy notice for the data flow and contact route.

Choose FBA—or bring both operations together.

FBA covers the Amazon workspace and shared essentials. Pro combines Basic and FBA in one licence. Both individual plans include two devices. Enterprise expands Basic for teams and does not include FBA.

Prices are not published yet. We will provide current pricing and terms before any purchase. Online subscriptions are not currently open.
